Giuseppe Sparacio (Joe) was born in Carini, Italy on July 25th 1967. He came to America with his family for a better life in 1974.  After many years of working in construction - his father (Filippo) opened up a pizza shop in 1982 in Clearfield, Pennsylvania (Original Italian Pizza) And that is when Joe realized his true love and passion for the pizza business.  Fast forward to 2000, Joe opened up Joe’s Pizza Pasta & Subs with his wife Maria and kids Filippo (Brooklyn Original Pizza) Maria Concetta, and Rosalia. Although it wasn’t easy running a small business from scratch, as a family they got through it together. 22 years later they are still at the same location and still making the best quality pizza in the area. Joe and his family take tons of pride in making the experience personal for each and every customer that walks in.  As Joe likes to say “You walk in as a customer and walk out as family.”
